Welcome to the information page for our Annual General Meeting!
This is your Co-op. Every Moosehorn Co-op member is also an owner, and as an owner, you can and should have a say in your business.
This year's meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 for the fiscal 2024 year. Our meeting will be held at the Moosehorn Community Club at 21 Railway Ave. in Moosehorn. Doors will open at 6:30 PM with the Call to Order at 7:00 PM.
Advance registration is not required.
The record date for this meeting is August 25, 2025. All membership applications prior to this date will be eligible to vote.
Our regular agenda items will include the 2024 Financial Audited Statements, a director's report, a general manager's report, a review of 2024 projects and events, employee service award recognition, and a look at plans for 2026 including a renovation of the Ashern Food Store.
This year, in addition to our regular items will be discussing policy changes to GST and PST exemptions and policy changes that impact members. Presentations will be made to the membership outlining these changes and allow for a discussion with the membership with time for questions and answers.

All documents will be made available prior to the AGM on our website or available in print at the AGM.
The Board of Directors Nomination Form can be found below. Nominations are now open for 2 three-year terms. All applications must be submitted to the nomination committee by close of business September 13, 2025. Applications can be dropped off at any Moosehorn Co-op location in Moosehorn or Ashern or by e-mail to gm@moosehorn.crs.
